#Be More in 2024

The Lord dropped this nice little rhyme into my heart one morning during my quiet time and this is what I imagined it looked like, hashtag and all: #beMOREin2024.
Personally, I know the Lord is calling me to a place of rising in discovery of who I am in Christ. Who He's always known me to be. He's been showing me so much lately. Revealing deep wounds that have been residing within the deep places. Hiding—yet, not.
Chrissy and I also sense God is calling Activ8Her to be more in 2024, as well. He's always used our personal experiences as the foundation for our monthly teachings. We always joke that we should plan the teachings accordingly, but #Activ8:nopain has never been mentioned when we ask God for His yearly plan. ;)
As God prepares us to be more in 2024, we know He is setting our course to #Arise and take our place—wherever that place is He's prepared for us. With this understanding in mind, we know every month He will show us what we must shake off before we are able to arise. Something He has made me aware of over the last year is our need to remove from our life whatever HE SAYS is contaminating us. If He says this area must go, then go it must. If He says this thought or attitude is not of a kingdom nature, but more empire —then we must agree with Him.
We are also going to be tackling the tough topic of strongholds. What, and where, are the fortified places that we've allowed years of wounds, disappointment, misunderstanding to set up? We find security behind the walls we've built, but so often, those walls keep God out, too. We can become so convinced that, because He understands what we've gone through, He would never ask that of us. Forgive my offender? God would never expect that from me. Really? That, my friend, is a stronghold that's been fortified by the enemy's lie. Another lie is that God would not require a deeper commitment than what you already have. Sacrifice that? Nah, never. Don't be so sure.
Now, I don't mean to scare you for what is coming, God has nothing but great things in mind for us. He is so good to us. He removes so more of Him can dwell within us. So, throughout the year we are going to learn how to #Arise: Expectant, Empowered.Confident, Boldly, Compassionate, Assured, Protected, Refined, Reliant, Worthy and Significant. Arising into more of our kingdom identity to become daughters who are able to do what the prophet Isaiah spoke of when he said, "Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you" (Isaiah 60:1-2, NKJV).
As we rise, the glory of the Lord will be seen upon us by those around us; those who are living in darkness and need to see His light. The Light of Jesus. Isn't that exciting? We think so. That's why we are inviting you to join us on the journey to courageous faith.

And, if you aren't a monthly supporter of Activ8Her, yet, we'd like to ask you to prayerfully consider becoming one. Regular monthly giving is the foundation of creating an operating budget. God has been so faithful to provide everything we have needed to do what He is calling us to do, but we understand that as He asks us to #BEMOREin2024, it will require the provision to become more, too.
